Primo is the world's first tensoelastic racing swimsuit. Primo combines powerful compression and exceptionally good flexibility in a new way. The suit supports the muscles and allows for excellent freedom of movement. This versatile new suit is suitable for all swimming styles and distances.

The suit is the result of several years of development and research by Arena, carried out in close cooperation with top swimmers. The suit is not comparable to previous racing suits, as it represents a completely new technology based on textile innovation. The word "Primo" means "first" in Italian.

The suit's new Hyperforce™ fabric is tensoelastic (tension + elasticity); the fabric is firm yet flexible. Primo combines the highest compression, durability, and a completely new kind of flexibility throughout. Primo feels comfortable to wear and does not restrict movement.

The Hyperforce™ fabric has a flow-directing surface that reduces water resistance and improves glide. The fabric is naturally water-repellent TPU fiber, which further enhances the suit's hydrodynamics and durability. Thanks to the material, the suit can be recycled at the end of its life.

The suit features supportive taping over the glutes and hamstrings on the inside of the suit. The taping lifts the hips and legs, facilitates leg extension, and helps maintain the correct swimming posture when fatigued. The buoyancy provided by the taping is particularly noticeable in turns and dolphin kicks.

The flexible jammer is easy to put on, significantly speeding up race day routines. Primo can be put on in five minutes, whereas a traditional racing swimsuit could take up to 45 minutes to put on. However, choose the same size as your previous Arena racing swimsuit or follow the size chart. The speed at which the suit can be put on does not indicate the suitability of the size. The flexible Primo is comfortable to wear and still provides the highest level of compression.

The jammer's waistband is flexible, and its height can be adjusted. The waistband can be worn high or lower according to personal preference. The flexible waistband reduces pressure on the hips and the suit's drawstrings. The leg length has been increased to improve glide. A silicone band at the leg opening keeps the leg in place.

Care instructions: hand wash in cold water with mild soap after each use. Air dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.
