From quotation to delivery

  1. Request a quotePlease provide the products, estimated quantities, and timeline. The logo is not yet needed for the prints.
  2. You will receive a written offerWe will respond within 24 hours and send a quote within two business days.
  3. Confirmation and materialsOnce the quote is accepted, we will agree on a delivery time. For printing, please send the logo by email.
  4. Approve proofFor products requiring printing, we will provide a proof within three business days before production.
  5. Delivery and invoiceWe will deliver as agreed and invoice using your business ID. In the future, you can place orders yourself using your B2B login credentials.

You will receive a written quote that can be attached to your procurement proposal. For printable products, the final price will be confirmed once we see your logo.

Could we receive a written quote for the procurement?

Yes. We always provide our quotes in writing and itemized, so that they can be attached to the decision proposal.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, with a business ID. If you wish, we can open B2B accounts, which will allow you to see tax-free prices and availability and place orders yourself.

What are the delivery times?

In-stock products 3–7 business days. Printed products 5–10 business days from proof approval and swim caps 4–6 weeks.

Does the delivery have shipping costs?

Orders over €300 are shipped free of charge. For smaller orders, the freight cost will be shown in the quote.

How much does a shop-in-shop point of sale cost?

We do not charge anything for the stand. It is worth 250 euros, but we provide it free of charge to any retailer who sells our products. You therefore only pay for the products, and the initial selection is agreed upon together.
