The Key Flag badge can only be obtained by fulfilling the following conditions set by the badge.
- The online shopping service is produced in Finland.
- The domestic content of the service is at least 50 percent of the cost price.
- The company has a significant domestic ownership stake and management based in Finland.
- Customer service must be located in Finland and provide services in Finnish.
- The warehouse must be located in Finland.
- Online store deliveries must take place from Finland.
- Payment and delivery terms are clearly stated.
- The register and privacy policy statement in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation is clearly displayed.
